What should you know about your stay?
- The hotel offers a rich buffet breakfast and dinner in the form of themed buffets. Every afternoon from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary piece of cake with your ordered coffee or drink. The hotel bar featuring traditional evenings with music is the ideal place to reflect on the unforgettable moments of your day over a glass of wine or beer.
- Guests have unlimited access to the wellness and fitness centre, where they can enjoy regeneration and pleasant relaxation, including free use of the panoramic swimming pool and whirlpool. We offer free Aquafit lessons for guests. More information is available directly at the hotel. Bathrobes, towels and hotel toiletries are provided in the room free of charge for the duration of your stay.
- For guests who wish to enjoy even more relaxation, additional treatments can be purchased. We recommend booking treatments in advance to ensure availability.
- The stay includes the Gastein Card with a number of discounts throughout the Gastein Valley.
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Please inform the hotel reception in advance if you plan to arrive earlier or later.
- Free parking is available on the hotel premises. Transfer from Bad Hofgastein train station to the PALACE hotel is free for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Local tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation - tourist tax €2.40 per person per night, mobility fee €0.50 per person per night, one-time contribution to the research institute of €1.10 for stays of 5 nights or more.
